Email support@weatheryo.com with your device/browser, operating-system version, city (coordinates are not required), and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Common fixes

1. Check that the device has an internet connection.
2. Search for a city manually if location is unavailable.
3. Review location permission in system/browser settings if you want precise local weather.
4. Wait 10 minutes if the provider quota or upstream service is temporarily unavailable.
5. Clear local app/browser data only if preferences or cached content appear corrupted.
